The Beast Incarnate came out with Paul Heyman a few weeks ago on RAW to issue an open challenge for a match against him at WrestleMania 42. This week on RAW, the WWE Universe will witness the return of two main event stars. The first one is Brock Lesnar. Lesnar will appear to see if there is any WWE superstar man enough to answer the call and go head-to-head with him at The Show of Shows.
What are the other matches set for WWE RAW this week?
The OTC is set to battle CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42. The match has been announced for the main event of Night 2 of WrestleMania this year. WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer will compete against Raquel Rodriguez in a non-title match, with her WrestleMania 42 opponent, Liv Morgan, in Rodriguez’s corner.
The other superstar announced to return is Roman Reigns. The rivalry has become highly personal following Punk’s remark about Reigns’ father and their heated past which has made this a stellar feud on the road to WrestleMania. The WWE Universe saw a rookie Bayley compete against then-World Champion AJ Lee and produce a great match more than a decade ago. This week on RAW, The Role Model will challenge The Black Widow for her WWE Women’s Intercontinental title. With a storied history and star-studded match, it will be a major highlight for RAW this week that is surely set to captivate the audience in attendance for RAW. The two El Grande Americanos will finally have a chance to claim the moniker as they collide in a singles match.
