55, a resident of Nelyadi in Kadaba, the accident occurred in front of Nelyadi ITI College on the one-way highway from Hassan towards Mangaluru, according to the complaint filed by VJ Joseph. Joseph rushed to the spot, and with the help of locals, shifted the injured duo to a hospital in Nelyadi. After examining the passenger, doctors declared him dead. The driver, the father of the victim, identified as Jojo T George, was admitted to the hospital for treatment.
