More than 30 sofas kept in an adjoining air-conditioned room are gathering dust. Weeds have overtaken parts of the walkway, while plants are drying up due to poor maintenance.

A spacious glass-walled restaurant, kitchen and corridor are also lying unused. The facility has a designated parking area, landscaped garden and walking path.
