Mysuru : Backward Classes Awareness forum held a protest in the city demanding an investigation into the alleged protocol breach in govt communications on Mysuru Dasara , and stopping the Dalit ministers, MLAs and MLCs from accompanying chief minister during the Nandi Dwaja puja ritual. The protester alleged that district minister Yathindra Siddaramaiah’s photo was omitted from govt communications, including advertisements. They also alleged that during the entire Dasara celebrations, Yathindra was sidelined, raising speculation about the real intentions.
