District Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities officer Vinay Uttam stated that in accordance with the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, a ‘mobile court’ was being organised to raise awareness among persons with disabilities regarding their rights and govt schemes, and ensuring their full and effective participation in society.
