The 34-year-old made waves during her tenures in both major companies. Amber Nova was arrested on Friday, October 23, on DUI-related charges in Orlando, Florida, by an officer from the Orlando Police Department, Alvin Silverio, according to court documents filed in Orange County on October 24 and as reported by TMZ. The arrest took place late at night at 1:48 AM near South Orange Blossom Trail and McLeod Road in Orlando. The Orlando police put her behind bars, but she was released at 10:07 AM after depositing a bail amount of $2000. After that, the 34-year-old wrestler was taken to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office DUI Testing Center. After the incident, Nova was summoned by the court, and she had to make a mandatory appearance on October 24. Furthermore, the next compliance date has been scheduled for November 2. Amber Nova began her professional wrestling career in 2016 in Championship Wrestling Entertainment.
However, with Nova landing in hot water due to her legal trouble, it remains to be seen what the future holds for her. The wrestling world has often seen superstars land in trouble with the law, and the latest name in that is former WWE NXT and AEW wrestler Amber Flora (fka Amber Nova). However, she recently made headlines, but for the wrong reasons, after being arrested by the police. She was reportedly driving under the influence and refused to submit to DUI testing. The same court documents provided an in-depth look at the scene. Firstly, they indicated that there was no crash involved when Amber was arrested. However, there were no valid samples collected, leaving the officials without a recorded blood alcohol concentration from the attempts they made. As of now, there is no verdict on the authenticity of the allegations, and the case is not resolved, with the court process to be followed to do so.
