An enforcement team reached the accused’s residence with a heavy police contingent and sealed the property from all sides, according to LDA officials. The action comes a day after three members of a family were killed in Naubasta locality of Brahmani Tola under Saadatganj police station limits. The victims were identified as Shivaji Tiwari, Shivendra Tiwari alias Shambhu, and Suyash Tiwari. Police have arrested prime accused Rishabh Shukla and five others in connection with the killings. Multiple officials were present during the operation. Police deployed additional force in the locality to maintain law and order and prevent any untoward incident during the sealing drive.
LDA officials said the building was constructed without an approved map. Officials said sealing is the first step before demolition action. During inspection, the construction was found unauthorised and family members failed to produce a sanctioned plan or supporting documents.
