Kolkata: CM Suvendu Adhikari on Wednesday directed DMs, police commissioners and SPs to step up safety arrangements, inspect vulnerable festival locations and take preventive measures against possible law-and-order disturbances ahead of festivals like Kali Puja , Chhath, Jagaddhatri Puja and Kartik Puja.
