Clark previously spoke about the foundation’s purpose when Gainbridge presented it with another $22,000 grant during the 2024 Parity Week programme. Speaking about the partnership in the November 18, 2024 announcement, the WNBA star said, “The Caitlin Clark Foundation aims to improve the lives of youth through three pillars – education, nutrition, and sports.

“Gainbridge Assists continues to grow in reach and resonance levels, supporting changemakers who are breaking down barriers and fostering participation and leadership,” Nichols said. “This is an opportunity for each of the organizations to make a huge difference for the next generation of girls and women,” King said in the September 4 announcement. She also praised Gainbridge for supporting women’s sports, particularly at the grassroots level. This aligns with Gainbridge really well.”

The 2025 programme asked recipients to carry out their funded events and projects in November 2025. She also expressed gratitude for the support, adding, “They definitely caught me by surprise with this grant and I’m thankful to be part of their team. For Clark, the latest recognition added to the foundation’s work away from the Indiana Fever court. Her basketball career continues to put her in the spotlight, but the organisation gives her another way to support young people and expand opportunities beyond the game.
