Stronghold management lets players lease and run facilities such as restaurants and smithies. They can assign comrades and equipment, choose goods to sell and work to increase each location’s recognition. The feature adds business management to the activities available within liberated settlements.
Crimson Desert Enhanced has received its Charting the Unknown expansion. The downloadable content adds separate storylines for Kliff, Oongka, and Damiane, plus ocean exploration, romance, expanded housing, and stronghold management. It is available for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC, with Xbox Play Anywhere support. Underwater areas contain ruins, treasure chests, new creatures and mounts. The housing system also gives players more control over construction. Players can build homes from the ground up, with customisable layouts, walls, windows, and other structural elements.
These additions extend exploration beyond the land-based journeys available previously.
