Ahmedabad : The Gujarat State Allied Health Council on Tuesday announced a fresh round of admissions for 242 vacant seats in physiotherapy and optometry courses. Choice filling will remain open until Nov 6, while the admission process will be completed by Nov 15, according to officials.
Council officials said 87 seats remain vacant in ANM, 79 in GNM, 45 in Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), and 19 in BSc Nursing programmes. Meanwhile, the verification process for MD and MS courses in Ayurveda and Homoeopathy for candidates who had completed online registration and document verification concluded on Oct 30. The merit list includes the top 640 candidates for Ayurveda and the top 291 candidates for Homoeopathy, according to officials.

Officials said candidates who have already secured admission to another course but wish to seek a different programme will also be allowed to participate. All students included in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the sixth round of admissions. Download the TOI App.
