Revanth instructed officials to appoint a dedicated liaison officer for every delegate attending the summit and ensure seamless registration and pass issuance from the moment they arrive at the airport. He stressed that delegates should face no inconvenience during their stay and participation in the event. The CM also called for robust security arrangements and asked officials to invite chief ministers of other states and representatives of companies interested in investments in Telangana.
The CM on Thursday reviewed the preparations with ministers and senior officials at the secretariat and directed them to ensure world-class arrangements for domestic and international delegates.

Officials said 575 organisations had been invited, and 49 have already confirmed participation. The state govt has constituted 25 sector-specific executive councils and dispatched nearly 3,500 invitations.
“A special startup pavilion will showcase innovations from 136 startups, while the Telangana Innovation Startup challenge will seek technology-based solutions for issues in agriculture, education, healthcare, public infrastructure and government land protection,” the CM said. An education expo focusing on learning, research and skill development will be organised, with discussions reflecting Telangana’s educational landscape “from nursery to Oxford. ” The three-day summit will host 52 sectoral sessions across four major halls. The Raksha Expo will feature the latest technologies in defence, aerospace, space, cybersecurity, drones and robotics, along with aerial demonstrations. A dedicated Telangana Pavilion will present the state’s history, culture, handlooms, Bathukamma festival, Kakatiya heritage, and development achievements. The CM also directed officials to prominently showcase Telangana’s tourism potential. Committees of senior officials have been formed to oversee international delegate management, accommodation, protocol, security and exhibitions.
