Exam fear forces girl to flee home in Krishna: result and decisive: The wider industry impact

VIJAYAWADA: Gudivada Two Town police traced a girl who went missing within 24 hours and handed her over to parents. The girl (17) from Satyanarayanapuram in Gudivada town is a second-year intermediate student, according to police. Police traced the girl to Guntur after 12 hours.

A case was registered and a search launched.

The girl, who did not want to write her intermediate examinations, was upset after being reprimanded by her father, police said. She was reprimanded by her parents for often playing on her mobile phone during exam time and not listening to her parent’s advice. As she did not return home by night, her parents searched for her at all possible places and lodged a complaint with the police later. The girl kept her mobile phone in airplane mode but was using social media. She was found to have taken shelter in a hostel in Guntur.

The girl who was offended, left the house on Thursday stating she was going to write her exam, and went missing since then. She was taken into custody on Friday and brought to Gudivada.
