Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao has called on party leaders and cadres to launch a week-long statewide campaign from September 2, alleging the Congress government ’s failures and unfulfilled election promises.

KTR during a tele-conference with the party leaders on Friay announced the programme and said the BRS would release a “chargesheet” against the Congress govt at Telangana Bhavan on September 1.

The BRS will also extend solidarity to teachers’ and employees’ associations during their proposed protests on September 10.

The protests will focus on different sections of society each day, he said. On September 2, the party will hold demonstrations over the alleged failure to implement the six guarantees and distribute “pending promise cards” highlighting unfulfilled commitments. KTR urged party leaders to mobilise people and take the Congress govt’s alleged failures and unfulfilled promises to every household.
