Kottayam: A complaint has surfaced alleging that police assaulted a young man after he stepped out of a bar in Punnapra in Alappuzha on Thursday.
The youth reportedly suffered a fracture to his arm and is undergoing treatment at Alappuzha Medical College Hospital. Visuals recorded on a mobile phone by a friend who was present at the scene have surfaced.
