Officials said the existing online facilities will continue to remain available even after the integrated portal becomes operational. The portal is part of the Urban Local Bodies department’s plan to provide multiple civic services through a one-window system. Trade licences are already being issued through the platform, while services such as food-related NOCs, fire NOCs and tube-well permissions will be added gradually. Residents will be able to access the services through the e-Nagar Sewa UP portal, with a link also available on the Lucknow Municipal Corporation website. So far, data of 7.68 lakh properties have been uploaded, while details of around 41,000 more properties are expected to be added within the next two days.
Lucknow Municipal Corporation chief tax assessment officer Ashok Singh said residents will be able to pay property tax, water and sewer charges and apply for property mutation (dakhil-kharij) through the same portal, reducing the need to visit multiple offices.
