Aiono later explained that the legal filing was not simply about establishing paternity for publicity or money. That explanation came after the case sparked widespread speculation about their relationship. Nacua was simultaneously dealing with a separate series of controversies While his relationship drama was unfolding. The league has been reviewing his conduct, leaving uncertainty over whether he will be available for the start of the season and whether a suspension could follow.
Aiono posted a TikTok video on Sunday night, saying she’s now seeking professional help for her mental health.
