Fazalganj SHO Dhananjay Kumar Pandey said the father-son duo was arrested and a case was registered against them. They allegedly tied him up with a rope and brutally assaulted him near Chain Factory Chauraha. A passerby recorded the incident on a mobile phone, and the video later went viral on social media. Acting on the information, Fazalganj police reached the spot, rescued the victim and took him to the police station, where he underwent a medical examination.
