Judge Denies Anticipatory Bail for Cheating Accusation
In Kanpur, Additional District and Sessions Judge Mukesh Kumar Singh has rejected the anticipatory bail application of Shashi Srivastava. Srivastava faces serious charges of cheating, forgery, and document fabrication. The decision was made on Wednesday, marking a significant development in this legal case.
The judge in his order observed that the accused had cheated her real brothers and sisters with the help of co-accused Virendra Kumar Srivastava. She had been charged for not giving complete details of her all brothers and sisters during the mutation of a plot before Kanpur Development Authority and mutated the plot in her name and co-accused Virendra Kumar Srivastava. The FIR was lodged by a special officer in-charge of KDA alleging that the accused had mutated the plot on the basis of forged documents and thus had cheated her real brothers and sister by making forged documents.
Court Denies Bail for Serious Charges
