The KSS Zone B inter-school chess championship for students in classes IX to XII concluded on Thursday at Purna Chandra Vidyqa Niketan school in Kanpur. KDMA School Barra emerged as the top performer, securing the highest score of 10 points over the two-day event.
Dr VSEC Shyam nagar emerged as runner up with 8 points while Dr VSEX N Block Kidwai nagar got third place with 8 points. Around 130 players from 26 schools participated.
