The programme will also introduce approaches such as Guided Learning in Gemini.

The sessions are part of the Google AI Educator Series and are aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The company said it will bring educators together this week for free online and in-person Google AI Educator Training Sessions across the country. Google said the programme is based on feedback from educators who want more training and practical ways to use AI without losing the human connection between teachers and students. Google said teachers it spoke to were generally positive about the role AI could play in education. Many educators said they wanted AI to help them discover new and creative ways to teach. Google said technology should not replace the relationship between teachers and students.
