Bijnor: A 23-year-old man was arrested for harassing a woman and he climbed on a water tank on Thursday night in Gulariya village in Amroha district, allegedly after becoming upset over being blocked by her on the phone.

Jitendra, a resident of Devipura village climbed the water tank after she stopped communicating with him, according to police. The woman’s mother submitted a complaint to the police, alleging that Jitendra had harassed her daughter. Police immediately reached the spot and persuaded him to come down safely.
