Additional deputy commissioner of police (Central), assistant commissioners of police from Colonelganj, Anwarganj and Swaroop Nagar, and all Central Zone station in-charges attended the meeting. Srivastava reviewed previous crimes and directed the officers to implement effective crime-control strategies, speed up pending investigations and expedite the arrest of wanted accused and execution or service of warrants. He ordered strict action in crimes against women and girls, special vigilance to prevent cybercrime and a campaign against organised crime.
