Pune: Yevalewadi police registered a case of unlawful assembly and rioting against 15 people for allegedly issuing threats to a staffer (37) of a private college from Kondhwa around 11.30am on Friday.
An officer from Yevalewadi police said, “The suspects visited the boys’ hostel premises and threatened the staffer. They said they would beat him up badly if their demands were not heeded. The staffer registered a complaint with the Yevalewadi Police. We have identified five people at present. These five men are related to the college. We are trying to identify the rest of them.”
