O’Brien reached Shakespeare Sarani police station around 11.10am and left around 5pm. On Aug 27, KMC officials, accompanied by police, had gone to the office to remove the unauthorised billboard. At least 14 people have been arrested.

Kolkata: Trinamool’s leader in the Rajya Sabha Derek O’Brien was questioned by Kolkata Police for nearly six hours on Tuesday in connection with the Aug 27 scuffle during the removal of an illegal billboard from party general secretary Abhishek Banerjee ’s Camac Street office. This was O’Brien’s second questioning in the case.
