British Actor Noel Clarke has been charged with six sexual offences following a Metropolitan

The 50-year-old actor, known for his roles inDoctor Who and Kidulthood, faces two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure. The alleged offences are said to have occurred between 2007 and 2016. Clarke was first arrested in connection with the case on September 25 last year. Clarke rose to prominence playing Mickey Smith in Doctor Who between 2005 and 2010.

Police said the investigation began about a year ago. The CPS said its prosecutors had determined there was sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to court and that prosecution was in the public interest. Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney, who is leading the investigation, said the five women connected to the charges continue to receive support from specially trained officers.
