On information, personnel from the St Thomas Mount Traffic Investigation Wing rushed to the spot and shifted Perarasu to the Kalaignar Centenary Super Speciality Hospital in Guindy. Police retrieved Kumar’s body and sent it to Tambaram District Govt Hospital for postmortem. A case has been registered and further investigation is on. Download the TOI App.
