The new ownership group of the Los Angeles Lakers, led by Joshua Kushner and Bob Iger, has set an ambitious valuation target for the franchise. They project that the team’s worth will reach at least $30 billion by the end of 2037. This follows their recent acquisition of the Lakers for a record $12.5 billion last month. The owners are positioning this high valuation as part of their pitch to investors, which is expected to resonate strongly with fans.
