Anthropic Updates Privacy Policies for International Data Transfers
Anthropic has revised its privacy documentation 13 times since the beginning of 2023, according to a report from Yuyuantantian, cited by Bloomberg. These revisions specifically address the handling of consumer data from international markets. Notably, the updated provisions allow for user data from the European Union, Canada, Brazil, and South Korea to be sent directly to servers located in the United States.
