A total of 912 newly recruited Sub-Inspectors and Assistant Sub-Inspectors will begin their training on October 6. This program will include six months of institutional training followed by three months of practical training. The courses will take place at police training institutions located in Moradabad, Sitapur, Meerut, and Jalaun. According to DGP Rajeev Krishna, these officers will be responsible for managing confidential, administrative, record-keeping, and financial functions within the police force.
Lucknow : Uttar Pradesh Police’s 912 newly recruited sub-inspectors (confidential), assistant sub-inspectors (clerical) and assistant sub-inspectors (accounts) will play a key role in handling the force’s confidential, administrative, record-keeping and financial functions, DGP Rajeev Krishna said on Sunday. Since 2017, residential buildings for 74 police stations, 24 transit hostels, 60 men’s hostels and 62 women’s hostels had been constructed, he said.
Krishna said modern resources and technology provided by the state govt were helping the department move towards the concept of “SMART Police, SMART Office and SMART Office Assistant. He also highlighted the expansion of residential infrastructure for police personnel.
