Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission chairman Prashant Kumar said the appointment of 3,567 principals, headmasters, lecturers and assistant teachers selected through a transparent and merit-based recruitment process marked a moment of pride for the state.
Kumar said the commission had completed four examinations that had remained pending since 2022 within a short period, with the results of three of them already declared. He added that the commission had also released the calendar for six upcoming examinations. He said the commission was committed to connecting deserving candidates with the state’s education system through a recruitment process based on fairness, transparency and timeliness. “Ensuring that deserving talent is brought into the state’s education system with fairness, transparency and timeliness is our commitment,” Kumar said. In a statement, Kumar congratulated all the selected candidates and wished them a bright future. The chairman also expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for his continued guidance and commitment to ensuring a fair, transparent and merit-based recruitment system in the state.
