NEW DELHI: A 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death in Delhi’s Nai Basti area on Tuesday night, with the incident reported from Gali No. 16 under Anand Parbat police station, officials said. Police said the attackers fled the spot after stabbing the teenager. We sent that to the police officer as well,” he said. The victim’s family has alleged that he was attacked multiple times and has urged police to take strict action against those responsible. I have given the names of the boys involved to the police. Yet, no action has been taken,” Dhingra alleged. He further claimed that he had received a threatening call after the incident. “They were hurling abuses; we have a recording of it.
A police team was deployed in the area, while the boy’s body was sent for post-mortem examination on Wednesday.
Police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the killing. Further investigation is underway.
