Gandhinagar : Gujarat govt is exploring Japanese technical assistance to expand the network of compressed biogas (CBG) plants. The state govt, Suzuki Motor Corporation and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) are expected to sign an MoU soon.
The Japanese delegation included Toyokazu Nagamune, regional representative of Japan’s ministry of economy, trade and industry; Suzuki Motor Corporation managing officer Kenichiro Toyofuku; JICA India chief representative Takuro Takeuchi and senior representative Sota Koide.
