Belagavi : The Food Micronutrient Analysis Laboratory of KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER), a deemed-to-be university, has secured National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accreditation for testing food and AYUSH products. The recognition certifies that the laboratory meets internationally accepted standards for testing and calibration, enhancing the reliability and credibility of its analytical results. It is expected to benefit regulatory authorities, researchers, healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders by ensuring accurate and consistent nutrient and safety analyses. The accreditation is particularly significant for the AYUSH sector, where standardised testing is essential to ensure product safety, efficacy and consumer confidence. KAHER chancellor Prabhakar Kore, vice-chancellor Dr Sandeep Srivastava and registrar Prof VM Pattanshetti congratulated the laboratory team.
