Is Joe Burrow fit enough to take the field for the Cincinnati Bengals as the team prepares to go against the Pittsburgh Steelers?
The Cincinnati Bengals have had an impressive start to the season as the team has won the Week 1 and 2 clashes against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Houston Texans respectively. As the team gears up for Week 3 clash against the Pittsburgh Steelers, all eyes remain on the popular quarterback, Joe Burrow. Popular wide receiver Andrei Iosivas is out after being placed on Injured Reserve due to surgery on a torn thumb ligament, according to the recent injury report of the Cincinnati Bengals.
Joe Burrow also opened up on the team’s performance as he said, “We’re still in September..We’re not even close to where we want to be, nor is anybody — 2-0 is not gonna get anything done in this league.” Defensive tackle B.J. Hill is doubtful and highly unlikely to play as he nurses a stubborn Achilles injury that kept him out of practice all week. At this point in time, he has been completely removed from the team’s injury report this week.
On a positive note, star defensive tackle Jonathan Allen logged full practice time on Friday and has been completely cleared to take the field. He practiced fully with no limitations and is starting today’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
