A murder case has been registered, and further investigation is under way
Palakkad : A 38-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death by his stepson following a quarrel while the two were consuming alcohol at Malampuzha on Saturday night. Malampuzha police have taken the accused, Satheesh (22) into custody.
Vinod and Satheesh got into an argument after the latter asked for more liquor, according to police. The deceased is Vinod of Kuruthikkadavu, Anakkallu. It escalated into a physical altercation, during which Satheesh allegedly stabbed Vinod in the chest with a knife.
