Hyderabad: A 25-year-old man allegedly killed his wife by attacking her with a pestle at their residence in Baglingampalli on Sunday. The accused was identified as Narender, an accountant at a hotel in RTC Crossroads.
Narender married Teja Sri about five years ago, according to police officials. However, their relationship had become strained. She died on the spot. Later, Narender went to the police station and surrendered.
On Sunday, the couple had an argument, following which Narender, allegedly in a fit of rage, attacked Teja Sri on the head with a pestle.
