Six Flags Entertainment is facing another difficult moment in the market, with its stock falling to a 52-week low of $11.97 on September 28. The latest decline puts Six Flags shares well below where the stock traded when Kelce joined JANA Partners and other executives in the investment group in October 2025. The group disclosed an economic interest of about 9% in the company and said it planned to engage with management and the board over ways to improve shareholder value and the guest experience. In March 2026, the company announced him as a brand ambassador for its North American parks.
“I am a lifelong Six Flags fan and grew up going to these parks with my family and friends,” said Travis Kelce. Six Flags said he would support marketing efforts and create digital content throughout the year. The drop is notable for Travis Kelce , who has a financial connection to the amusement park operator and became part of an investment group that acquired an economic interest in the company. Six Flags has also since made Kelce a brand ambassador, giving the NFL star a much closer relationship with the company as it works through financial and operational challenges. Meanwhile, Kelce’s relationship with Six Flags has expanded beyond his investment.
