There are plans to set up restaurants, a mini soccer pitch, a nine-story hotel with nearly 300 rooms and 40,000 square feet of convention space and about one million square feet of “premium office space. As per NBC, the Kansas City Chiefs CEO and Chairman, Clark Hunt reflected on the family’s vision as he said, “Nearly three decades ago, my dad, Lamar Hunt, worked with the City of Frisco to build a stadium surrounded largely by farmland.
