Delhi Police have registered an FIR related to the assault of a head constable during an AAP event.
The FIR names AAP leaders Saurabh Bhardwaj and Jarnail Singh, along with AAP workers, according to Delhi Police. Police said a separate FIR has also been registered against Sahib Singh. Police said he was assaulted during the incident. The head constable subsequently underwent a medical examination, police said.
NEW DELHI: Delhi Police have registered an FIR over the alleged assault of a head constable who was recording a video while in plain clothes during a visit by AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal to Tilak Nagar. The head constable was allegedly surrounded by a crowd of AAP supporters while he was recording the proceedings.
