Nashik : Electors receiving verification notices under the ongoing special intensive revision drive now have five distinct avenues to submit their documentation and clarify details, district administration officials said.
“They can attend a physical hearing at the local election office before a Class 1 officer; the date, time, and address are mentioned on the notice issued to the elector.
The final option is to hand over physical documents to the BLO during their home visits,” another senior officer said. Electors can resolve these notices through five accessible channels. They can also transmit the required verification proofs directly via WhatsApp to their assigned booth level officer using the official contact protocol. Alternatively, citizens can schedule a virtual hearing on the ECINET portal to clarify their details, or upload digital copies directly through the portal. “The BLO visits will be conducted progressively, as officers must balance routine duties with election administration. Necessary application updates are underway to facilitate smooth home collection,” the officer added.
