Sara revealed that she got the tip against Rajender Rao Bairineni, an Indian owner of an IT staffing company called Global Star IT Serve LLC. An Indian family living in Plano called the police when journalist Sara Gonzales visited their house with her H-1B allegations, as she had been doing for the past few months. The company did not have a long list of H-1B recruits; they only had one they allegedly did not pay the H-1B hire for two months. As seen in the video, Rajinder’s wife opened the door. When Rajinder came to the door, Sara jumped in and asked him why he was not paying his H-1B staff. Rajinder and his wife shut the door and called the police. Sara played the police complaint in her video. The Indian woman complained that she was terrified as a woman with a mic and camera came rushing to her door when she opened the door for a delivery. An officer asked her whether she wanted to report it or document it as the act of videotaping without trespassing did not qualify as crime.
