He said preparations are under way to offer a floral tribute to Mahisha at Chamundi Hills. This causes inconvenience to visitors coming from across India and abroad, according to him. Floral tribute is being offered to Mahisha’s statue every month on amavasya and purnima days. Several others are also expected to participate, including writer KS Bhagawan, farmer leader Badagalapura Nagendra and historian PV Nanjaraj Urs. Download the TOI App.
