Singh inspected IMC, Saraswati Hi-Tech City and Naini Industrial Area to review the progress of development works. He directed officials to complete all projects within timelines while maintaining construction quality standards. At Saraswati Hi-Tech City, officials were asked to prepare a comprehensive beautification and development plan. The possibilities of converting existing green spaces into recreational areas and developing a golf course and helipad were also discussed. Singh stressed the need to ensure basic amenities for allottees and maintain cleanliness across the area. The initiative focused on improving sanitation and creating a cleaner working environment in industrial units. At Naini Industrial Area, officials were directed to take appropriate action under applicable rules regarding vacant plots. Prayagraj : Plans to develop vacant BPCL plots at Integrated Manufacturing Cluster (IMC), Prayagraj, for commercial projects such as luxury hotels and marriage lawns under the public-private partnership (PPP) model were discussed during an inspection by Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) CEO Balkar Singh on Friday.
