NEW DELHI: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rain in parts of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal on Tuesday. Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and west Madhya Pradesh may see thunderstorms and lightning on Tuesday. In the west, Konkan, Goa and central Maharashtra are likely to see rain on Wednesday and Thursday.
