The Mumbai Fire Brigade received information about the fire at 1.54pm and declared it a Level-I fire at 2.05pm. The Mumbai Fire Brigade, police, MSEB, ward staff and a 108 ambulance were mobilised at the spot. All occupants of the labour camp were safely evacuated, and no injuries or fatalities were reported.
