Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak addresses the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Smriti Mahotsav Mela at Deendayal Dham, Nagla Chandrabhan, in Farah, Mathura, on Thursday
Speaking at the Kisan and Yuva Sammelan at Deendayal Dham in Farah, Mathura, during the four-day Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Smriti Mahotsav Mela-2026, Pathak said Upadhyaya devoted his life to national service, Sanatan culture, Antyodaya and the welfare of the underprivileged.
He said Integral Humanism and Antyodaya placed the last person in society at the centre of development. Pathak said merely reading or listening to Upadhyaya’s principles was insufficient and that following them in life and conduct was the real tribute. He said Upadhyaya’s vision reflected Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, promoting welfare and social harmony. Calling farmers and youth key pillars of development, he said farmers sustained the rural economy while youth drove innovation.
He cited rising participation in the annual fair as proof of continued public connect. Lucknow: Deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak on Thursday urged people, especially youth, to adopt the ideals of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and put his philosophy into practice.
