Emergency med officer found dead with head injuries in govt quarters
Dr Navneet Kumar Yadav, a native of Sarai village in Baghpat district’s Yamuna Nagar area, was found lying on the floor of his room around 10 am by Dr Amit Kumar, a physician who reached the spot after being informed about the incident.
Dhampur SHO Dheeraj Kumar Solanki said police were investigating the matter and had not yet received a formal complaint. “The legal proceedings are underway,” he said. Police suspect Yadav may have slipped and fallen during the night, sustaining fatal head injuries. However, the exact circumstances of his death are yet to be established. His body was sent to the district hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Bijnor : A 55-year-old emergency medical officer was found dead with head injuries inside his govt quarters in the 100-bed hospital colony on Dhampur-Nagina road, near Chaksahjani village, on Monday morning. Yadav had been posted as an emergency medical officer at the hospital since 2023 and lived alone in the govt accommodation. His two sons live in Delhi.
