Rawatpur station in-charge said a report had been registered and action was being taken. Kanpur: An FIR has been registered against a man accused of harassing a woman, posting her photographs on social media and attempting to abduct her daughter from a school in Kanpur’s Rawatpur police station area. The woman, in her complaint, alleged that the accused, Shivam Upadhyay, a local resident, had been stalking and harassing her while she travelled on the road for the past year. She alleged that after she lodged a complaint through IGRS, he allegedly tried to abduct her daughter from school.
