SRFTI VC Santosh Ajmera said audio-visual storytelling served as a powerful instrument for livelihood and nation-building. Kolkata: A two-week media internship programme was conducted SRFTI and Spears Corps, a major operational formation of the Indian Army , based in the Northeast. The programme trained young minds in audio-visual content production, digital storytelling and responsible communication, opening new avenues for their participation in India’s creative economy. Students studying mass communication and journalism at St Joseph University, Patkai Christian College and Tetso College participated. The training aimed to equip local youth to document grassroots realities counter misinformation, and highlight development stories to support Viksit Bharat.
